Every author gives his own personal “1-2-3-steps-magical-formula” throughout which we MUST go so to get happy for a lifetime.
Nevertheless, sometimes, a book pops-up in front of our eyes because it has been put in the middle of our path.
And it changes a lot of things just because the author uses the right words to go straight to the core of what bothers us.
Matthew KIMBERLEY is this kind of author.
And his book is real tool for a better life.
It’s fun, it’s concrete, it’s brillant, it’s simple, it’s unexpected.
Matthew Kimberley provides us a real synthesis of what we have to do and think, so to get what we want.
For me, what I’ll keep in mind after reading it will be :
- We already know what we have to do but we forgot it.
- We must do things for us and stop asking for validation.
- We must take car of ourselves : body and mind.
- We must throw our TV out right now.
Since Tim Ferriss’ “4 Hours workweek” book, I had not felt this wonderful feeling that there will be a ‘before-reading-the-book’ and a ‘after-reading-it’ ever again.
Until now.
So don’t wait any longer and learn ‘How to get a grip’.
Because, as would say Matthew: YOUR ROCK.
